DateString
Returns a textual representation of a date in the default format of a specified locale.

Description
If d is a date and ls a locale specifier in the “language-COUNTRY” format, then DateString(d, ls) returns a string with d formatted in the default date format of ls.
If ls is omitted omitted, the system’s current locale is used.
