AddYears

Adds a specified number of years to a point in time.

Syntax

• AddYears(t, n)

  • t is a datetime structure or a timestamp

  • n is an integer

Description

AddYears(t, n) returns the point in time obtained by adding n whole years to t. If t is a DateTime structure or a timestamp, so is the result.

AddYears(date(2020, 05, 20), 5)

date.year: 2025
